Aces Auto & Trailers LLC is seeking an aggressive, motivated B2B Tractor & Trailer Sales Representative who knows how to find customers, build relationships, and close deals. If you're an experienced tractor, trailer, agricultural, or automotive salesperson looking for a bigger opportunity, we want to talk to you. We are offering a compensation plan designed for salespeople who want to make serious money. Strong performers have the opportunity to earn $120,000 annually.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will be responsible for developing and growing our B2B customer base while selling: Tractors Trailers Implements Attachments Related products and services Your customers may include contractors, farmers, ranchers, businesses, municipalities, commercial operators, and other organizations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospect and develop new B2B accounts Make outbound sales calls and follow up with leads Visit businesses and develop relationships with decision-makers Build and maintain a personal customer pipeline Prepare quotes and financing options Conduct product demonstrations Follow up with existing and previous customers Meet and exceed monthly sales goals Maintain accurate CRM/customer records
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate is a hunter, not someone who waits for customers to walk through the door.
We want someone who:
Has proven sales experience Is comfortable with B2B prospecting Has strong communication and negotiation skills Can confidently ask for the sale Is highly motivated and competitive Has excellent follow-up skills Can build long-term customer relationships Is comfortable making phone calls and visiting businesses Can work independently while being part of a team Has a valid driver's license Experience in tractor, trailer, agricultural, construction, heavy equipment, automotive, or commercial equipment sales is highly preferred.
