Job Description Generate new deals across our commercial real estate lending and financial consulting lines. Full training provided. You'll connect with property owners and brokers by phone, email, and in person, and be measured on contacts and closings. Qualifications Sales or business development experience is a plus, but not required Familiarity with sales principles and a genuine interest in building client relationships Strong written and spoken English Confident, personable communicator who builds rapport quickly A service-first mindset and a passion for helping clients succeed Additional Information $40-45k plus comission
