• 4:00 PM We are the largest wedding gown cleaning and preservation company in the country
• we process approximately 1,000
• 1,500 wedding gowns per week As a wholesaler, we build relationships with bridal shops and dry cleaners across the country.

Answer incoming calls/make outgoing calls in a positive and warm way, building relationships with our customers Ensure stores are stocked with both preservation kits and marketing materials Educate stores and their staff on what preservation is, why a bride should preserve, how to promote the service Prompt customer follow up is must Attain success with an industry leader since 1913 Work in a positive work environment!

Position Requires:

3 years of inside sales experience in an office environment (non-retail) Strong phone skills Ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent verbal and communication skills Strong writing skills Outgoing personality The ability to work as part of a team and be flexible Background screening required

Work Location:

In person Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively. Place outbound calls to customer for orders and prospecting new business Preficient in emailing customers for placing new order, prospecting new business, answering questions. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulations. Requirements Proven experience in a Inside Sales position is preferred. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to analyze information and provide solutions effectively. Proficient in phone etiquette and maintaining professionalism during interactions. Ability to type 50+ words per minute Familiarity with office software applications is beneficial. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer support.
