About the Opportunity The Basement Transformer specializes exclusively in basement and foundation solutions, including basement waterproofing, crawlspace repair, basement remodeling, and foundation repair . You'll meet directly with homeowners to understand their needs, inspect the space, recommend the right solution, and guide them through the proposal process. You're not walking into a cold conversation. Before your appointment, customers receive professional information about our company and services, including a full-color published book, company brochure, references, and information introducing you as their specialist. What You'll Do Run warm, pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners Present proposals and confidently guide homeowners through their options Follow up enthusiastically with homeowners who have not yet moved forward Keep appointment and sales results updated in the CRM Attend training, meetings, jobsite visits, home shows, and fairs What We Provide Warm appointments with homeowners who have requested information Daily training and ongoing opportunities to sharpen your skills A structured sales process and professional pre-appointment materials Company vehicle option 401(k) with company match Health insurance available Compensation & Growth This is a commission-based sales position where your earnings are directly tied to your results. 9% commission with use of a company vehicle 10% commission when using your own vehicle Additional 1% commission on self-generated sales Commissions are paid 50% after the sale and 50% when the project is installed Expected first-year earnings: $70,000-$80,000 Potential as you become established: $120,000+ A fully ramped representative is expected to generate approximately $100,000 in monthly sales by months 3-4 . Strong months can reach $150,000-$200,000 in sales, although results vary and earnings are performance-based.
