Job Summary A Sales Account Executive (AE) is responsible for driving revenue by managing client relationships and new customer acquisition. Core Responsibilities Prospecting & lead generation: Identify and qualify potential customers.

Client management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Sales presentations:

Understand customer needs and present tailored products or services. Negotiation & closing: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.

Account growth:

Upsell and cross-sell to existing accounts to increase revenue.

Pipeline management:

Track opportunities, forecasts, and activity in a CRM (e.g., Salesforce).

Collaboration:

Work with marketing, customer success, and product teams to deliver value.

Reporting:

Meet or exceed sales targets and report on performance.
