Best Western Premier Plainview is seeking a motivated, organized, and creative Sales Coordinator & Social Media Coordinator to support our hotel's sales, marketing, and business development efforts. The ideal candidate must have previous hotel experience, understand hotel operations, and be comfortable managing group inquiries, corporate accounts, social media platforms, and promotional activities. This position requires someone who can work independently, take initiative, multitask, and contribute to increasing hotel revenue and visibility. Key Responsibilities Hotel Sales & Coordination Respond to corporate, group, wedding, and event inquiries. Prepare proposals, group contracts, room blocks, and follow-up correspondence. Assist with corporate account development and maintaining existing client relationships. Coordinate with Front Desk, Revenue Management, and Operations to ensure accurate reservations and group arrangements. Maintain sales leads, client records, and follow-up schedules. Assist in promoting hotel meeting rooms, banquet facilities, and special events. Identify opportunities to generate new business and increase hotel revenue. Social Media & Marketing Manage and maintain the hotel's social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. Create engaging content, promotional posts, photos, and short videos. Promote hotel accommodations, meeting spaces, events, and our on-site restaurant, Plainview Social. Develop creative marketing campaigns to increase visibility and attract customers. Assist with flyers, promotional materials, and digital advertisements. Monitor social media engagement and respond professionally to inquiries. Coordinate marketing initiatives with hotel management. Required Qualifications Previous hotel experience is

Applicants without hotel experience will not be considered. Experience in hotel sales, reservations, group coordination, or front office operations. Familiarity with hotel reservation systems, room blocks, and hotel pricing concepts. Experience managing business social media accounts. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and digital marketing tools. Experience with Canva or similar design platforms preferred. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities. Professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude. Schedule & Work Environment Full-time, on-site position in Plainview, Long Island. Flexibility in scheduling is required based on hotel needs, including occasional weekends and holidays. Free on-site employee parking. Must have reliable transportation and a reasonable commute to Plainview.
