Fehr Bros. Industries, Inc., an International Trading Company and Distributor, is looking for a full time Inside Sales Rep to join our B2B team. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience with overhead door parts and understand the service, repair, and replacement side of the industry. This position is based in our Saugerties, NY headquarters (not remote) and some travel will be required.

Job Responsibilities:

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails. Handle inbound B2B sales calls and emails, qualifying leads and identifying customer needs. Study and develop new product ideas. Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders. Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends. Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts. Process orders; provide technical information and troubleshoot customer concerns.

Qualifications:

Prior Sales experience preferably in a B2B environment. Good organizational skills and phone skills required. Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with customer relations management software is a plus. 2+ years prior experience with garage door installation/sales. Fehr Bros. Pay:

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
