Job Description

Job Responsibilities, not limited to: To create the ultimate buying experience from the moment of online engagement Interact with clients through email, text, and phone calls Understand and maintain current knowledge of automobiles sold by the dealership by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles Build relationships with new potential customers and develop buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions Qualify buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport Maintain contact information and follow up information on all sales leads and customers in the database Job Requirements, not limited to: Previous Automotive experience a plus Previous BDC experience a plus Knowledge of scripts Dealersocket experience is a plus Excellent communication skills Microsoft office knowledge Bilingual is a plus Valid driver's license
