Be the dealership's used‑car expert , mastering trims, tech, and must‑have packages. Build strong customer relationships that drive repeat business and long‑term loyalty. Execute consultative selling , asking the right questions and guiding customers confidently. Resolve customer concerns quickly through CRM, phone, text, and email.
