About the job We're a growing Ohio dealer group opening up in Defiance and we need salespeople who want to sell cars, not sit on a lot waiting for ups. We're an independent used car store — no factory quotas, no manufacturer programs slowing down the deal, flexible financing for customers with good credit, bad credit, or no credit. If you're tired of a big store where the house takes everything and the managers don't know your name, this is a different setup. You'll know the owners. What you'll do

• Greet, qualify, and sell to walk-in, phone, and internet customers
• Work our lead pipeline daily — internet leads, CRM follow-up, texts, callbacks, unsold traffic
• Present vehicles, do walkarounds and test drives, and write a clean deal
• Work with our finance team to get customers approved across all credit tiers
• Prospect on your own — social media, referrals, past customers, your network
• Hit your monthly unit and gross targets
• Keep the lot and inventory presentable; shoot quick phone photos/videos when needed What we're looking for
• Prior auto sales experience strongly preferred — independent/used or subprime background is a plus
• If you have no auto experience but have sold anything face-to-face (cell phones, furniture, home improvement, insurance) and you're hungry, apply — we'll train the right person
• Comfortable with CRM follow-up and texting customers; you don't let leads die
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Able to pass a background check
• Saturdays are required. Weekdays are flexible.
