Division 7 Roofing is looking for an organized, outgoing, and motivated Sales Administrator to support our sales team and help us continue growing. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating with customers, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone and make a few cold calls! What You'll Do Provide administrative support to the sales team Assist with proposals, customer information, scheduling, and follow-ups Maintain and update customer and prospect information Track leads and sales opportunities Make outbound calls to potential commercial customers Help schedule appointments for our sales representatives Follow up with prospects and existing customers Assist with other sales and office responsibilities as needed What We're Looking For Strong communication and organizational skills Professional and friendly phone presence Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with potential customers Self-motivated and able to stay on top of multiple tasks Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative work preferred Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Join Our Team You don't have to be a roofing expert — we can teach you roofing.
