Build relationships with business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers. Identify staffing needs, present solutions, and close new accounts. Manage your sales pipeline, maintain accurate CRM records, and follow established sales processes. Consistently achieve new business development goals. What We're Looking For 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience with a proven track record of generating new business. A self-motivated hunter who can prospect and close deals independently. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Someone who demonstrates integrity, accountability, and a commitment to our mission and core values. Staffing industry experience preferred, but not required. This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for an experienced salesperson ready to hit the ground running. Who Is AllStaff?
