Norton, Ohio Compensation:

$2,900-$5,500 per month Ken Ganley Ford Norton is looking for an energetic and dependable Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, is comfortable using a computer, and is motivated by goals and incentives. Automotive experience is helpful but not required—we provide paid training to help you succeed. What You'll Do As a BDC Representative, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our customers. Your primary goal will be to provide a great experience and schedule appointments for our dealership. Respond to internet leads by phone, text, and email Answer inbound customer calls Make outbound follow-up calls to leads and previous customers Build rapport and help customers take the next step Schedule and confirm dealership appointments Maintain accurate customer records Meet individual and team performance goals What We're Looking For Excellent phone and customer-service skills Strong written and verbal communication A positive, professional, and persuasive personality Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfort working on the phone and computer throughout the day Typing speed of at least 45-50 WPM Dependability, a strong work ethic, and willingness to be coached Call center, customer service, sales, or automotive experience is a plus What We Offer Monthly earning potential of $2,900-$5,500 , based on performance Full-time position with a five-day workweek Paid training Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Performance incentives Opportunities to learn, grow, and advance within the dealership This is a full-time, in-person position at Ken Ganley Ford Norton.
