Office Sales and Growth Coordinator Parma, OH A to Z Moving and Driving is currently searching for a part-time Office Sales and Growth Coordinator to grow, book profitable moving jobs, maintain consistent customer follow-up, build referral relationships, support marketing, and make sure upcoming jobs are properly prepared before the crew arrives. Schedule:

Part-time, 28 hours per week Monday-Wednesday 9am-4pm Thursday is intentionally a later shift, 12pm-7pm. This allows the office to reach customers who may not be available during traditional business hours. Thursdays should include a strong focus on open estimates, customer callbacks, unbooked leads, weekend/next week availability, referral outreach, after-work sales conversations and closing bookings. 4pm-7pm should be actively used for sales and customer follow-up. Qualifications This role requires someone who is: Highly organized Comfortable on the phone Friendly but persistent Sales-minded Comfortable asking customers to book Professional Dependable Self-directed Detail-oriented Good at follow-through Comfortable using technology and CRM/software systems Able to switch between customers, crews, marketing and office priorities Able to recognize when something needs attention

Responsibilities Sales & Booking:

Answer incoming sales calls, texts, emails and online inquiries. Respond to new leads promptly during working hours. Ask the right questions to understand the customer's complete move. Collect accurate inventory and move details. Confirm origin/destination addresses, stairs, elevators, parking, walking distance and access conditions. Identify specialty items, oversized items, packing needs, additional stops and unusual circumstances. Determine appropriate crew requirements using company procedures. Build accurate estimates in MoveItPro. Explain estimates and services clearly to customers. Ask for the booking. Collect required deposits and complete booking procedures. Keep customer records complete and accurate. Never invent pricing, discounts, fees or promises outside approved company procedures.

Job Readiness & Crew Support:

Review all jobs in advance Prevent move-day problems before they happen Coordinate with the A to Z crew members know what they are walking into and have the equipment, information and supplies required to perform the job professionally

Marketing & Business Development:

Prospecting for new referral relationships. Calling and emailing potential partners. Following up after initial outreach. Maintaining relationships with existing referral sources. Keeping outreach records. Identifying local opportunities for partnerships and exposure. Helping develop promotions and campaigns approved by management.

Social Media & Local Brand Presence:

Create and schedule regular social media content. Post approximately 3 quality posts per week unless another schedule is assigned. Use real company photos/videos when available. Coordinate with crews to obtain usable job content. Create educational moving tips. Feature services and specialty capabilities. Highlight appropriate customer experiences and reviews. Create team/community content. Promote available services and appropriate booking opportunities. Monitor messages and comments requiring company response. Follow company brand standards.
