Strong comfort level using computers, specifically email and dealership management software. Clear, empathetic communication skills when speaking over the phone. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license. Previous experience working within the automotive industry is helpful but not mandatory. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customers scheduling vehicle maintenance or repairs. Manage the service department calendar by balancing technician availability with customer needs. Reach out to existing clients to provide friendly reminders about upcoming service milestones and safety recalls. Greet visitors as they enter the service area and help direct them to the appropriate advisor. Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records for every client interaction.
