Job Summary:

Haasz Automall is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound communication with service customers, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact through service visit.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments efficiently Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to follow up with customers Confirm upcoming appointments and manage daily service schedule Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and management Deliver a professional and positive customer experience at all times

Qualifications:

Previous customer service, call center, or BDC experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency (CRM experience a plus) Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required
