Full-time or Commission-Based Job Description Dynamoh Restoration is looking for motivated and reliable Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Cincinnati, Ohio. The main responsibility is to generate leads, knock on doors, meet homeowners, and sell roofing projects, including roofs with potential storm or hail damage. Our team works with homeowners and insurance companies throughout the roofing restoration process.

Responsibilities:

• Knock on doors and generate new leads.
• Find homeowners who may need roof repairs or replacement.
• Inspect potential roofing opportunities and help schedule roof inspections.
• Explain our roofing services to homeowners.
• Help customers navigate the roofing insurance claim process.
• Follow up with potential customers and close sales.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners.

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic English skills required; fluency is not necessary.
• Must be motivated, dependable, and comfortable talking to homeowners.
• Must be willing to learn. Training may be provided.
• Sales or roofing experience is a plus, but not required.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Compensation:
