Corporate Business Development Specialist - Healthcare Partnerships Axis HealthCare | Tulsa, OK Region | Starting at $25/hour Axis HealthCare is hiring an outgoing, driven Corporate Business Development Specialist to grow our employer partnerships.

Your main job is outreach:

you'll cold call, visit, and market to local businesses, municipalities, and organizations to get them to set up employee healthcare with Axis.

What You'll Do:

Cold call, prospect, and set meetings with local employers every day Present Axis's corporate primary care programs and win new partnerships Represent Axis at chamber events, business networking groups, and community events Work with our marketing team on flyers, emails, social posts, and presentations for employers Track leads, calls, and follow-ups, and hit weekly activity goals Keep in touch with partner employers so they stay happy and keep working with us Travel regularly to clinics and businesses within about a 1-hour radius. These partnerships often include:

Same or next-day appointments (within 48 business hours) In-person and telehealth visits across multiple clinic locations Lower, more predictable healthcare costs for employers Included services such as routine visits, basic labs, and select medications Healthier, more productive employees who stay longer

What We're Looking For:

Healthcare experience required Experience in sales, marketing, or business outreach, with cold calling preferred Confident on the phone and in person, and not afraid of hearing "no" Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, self-starting, and takes ownership of results Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
