Lumber Mart is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting our retail operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, enjoys working with people, and is committed to providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers. Generate new sales opportunities through regular customer visits and follow-up. Prepare quotes, process orders, and assist customers with product selection. Coordinate with store staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Assist customers with loading purchased materials and merchandise. Help receive freight deliveries and maintain accurate inventory as needed. Use a computer-based system to enter orders, track customer information, and communicate with team members. Represent Lumber Mart in a professional manner while providing exceptional customer service. Work collaboratively with all departments to support daily store operations. Qualifications Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Basic computer knowledge. Basic math skills. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift and move building materials and assist with customer load-outs. Must be dependable and available to work Saturdays. Pay:

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
