We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As an RDS Consultant, you will play a crucial role in guiding customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery. Automotive Sales experience required.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Providing accurate information about vehicles, pricing, and financing options. Conducting test drives and demonstrating vehicle features effectively. Negotiating and closing sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. Following up with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and cultivate repeat business. Staying updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and dealership promotions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales is a must, preferably in a dealership environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong negotiation and sales skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or automotive technology is a plus.
