CustomBallsandPucks.com is a growing startup in the Hagan Custom Sports family. We bring custom balls, pucks, and mini sticks straight to teams at youth sports tournaments and events. We're looking for a new team member who loves youth sports and enjoys being on the road.

Ideal for sports parents:

if you already travel with a young athlete, this role can help offset those expensive travel costs. We cover lodging and mileage on event trips, and you earn hourly pay while you're there. What you'll do:

• Travel to youth sports events and tournaments and run our on-site sales booth
• Sell custom balls, custom mini sticks, and other team items to players, parents, and coaches
• Deliver friendly, energetic customer service and represent our brand
• Help with flexible office work between events: researching and identifying upcoming events, and preparing products (custom balls, mini sticks, and more) before each trip What we offer:

• A passion for youth sports (experience as an athlete, coach, or sports parent is a big plus)
• Outgoing, comfortable talking to people and selling
• Organized and reliable, able to prepare for events and handle products and payments
• Willing to travel, including weekends
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Leadership potential and interest in growing with a startup
