We're looking for a personable, organized, self-motivated individual to help bring more customers, parties, groups, and community partnerships to our neighborhood DIY crafting studio! What You'll Do Build relationships with local schools, camps, daycares, businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations. Generate new birthday parties, group events, corporate gatherings, team-building activities, and other studio bookings. Conduct in-person community outreach, networking, and follow-up with prospective customers. Help develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, social media content, and seasonal initiatives. Create a written 90-day marketing plan and a six-month marketing plan, identifying target audiences, promotional ideas, outreach strategies, timelines, budgets, and measurable goals. Track leads, bookings, and results, and recommend ways to grow the business. Who We're Looking For A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys meeting people and building relationships. Someone who takes initiative, follows through, and stays organized. Comfortable with social media, email, and basic digital marketing tools. Creative, resourceful, and excited about connecting with the local community. Marketing, sales, business development, event planning, or community outreach experience is a plus.

The Details Part-time:

Approximately 10-15 hours per week.

Pay:

$20 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses.

Flexible work arrangement:

A regular in-studio coordination session, combined with approved community outreach and remote marketing work.
