Job Description
A growing service organization in Northeastern Pennsylvania is seeking a motivated Sales & Business Development Representative to drive new business growth.
This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who has a proven track record of building relationships within the construction, trades, environmental services, excavation, utility, or related industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, generating new business, and establishing long-term partnerships that contribute to the company's continued growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a strategic business development plan to generate new revenue opportunities.
Generate leads through networking, industry events, referrals, cold outreach, and relationship-building activities.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project reviews.
Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service solutions to prospective customers.
Track sales activity and maintain an organized pipeline of opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers while ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.
Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to ensure successful project execution.
