POOL DESIGN & SALES CONSULTANT

$80,000-$150,000+ Expected Annual Earnings Unlimited Earning Potential WaterWorks Pools & Spas is looking for a motivated, experienced Swimming Pool Design & Sales Consultant to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting with homeowners, evaluating properties, understanding construction details, and helping customers turn their backyard vision into reality. Our Design & Sales Consultants work directly with customers from the initial consultation through the sales and design process, helping them create custom swimming pools and complete outdoor living spaces that fit their property, lifestyle, and budget. With a strong presence across South Carolina—from the Midlands to the Grand Strand and Lowcountry. WaterWorks offers our sales team the opportunity to sell in some of the state's most desirable and growing markets. With showroom locations in Sumter, Florence, and Charleston, company-generated leads, an established reputation, and more than 25 years in the industry, you'll have the support and opportunities to build a successful, high-earning sales career. What You'll Do Meet with prospective customers at their homes and project sites Build relationships with customers and guide them through the entire sales process Evaluate properties for swimming pools and outdoor living projects Understand and interpret CAD drawings, construction plans, elevations, grading, drainage, and site conditions Help develop pool and outdoor living designs based on the customer's vision, property, and budget Prepare and present proposals and confidently close sales Maintain an organized sales pipeline and consistently follow up with leads Coordinate with our design, construction, and office teams throughout the sales process Travel throughout your assigned South Carolina sales territory What We're Looking For Strong sales skills and a proven ability to build relationships and close business Self-motivated and capable of working independently Professional and confident when working directly with homeowners Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficient in reading and interpreting CAD drawings, elevations, and construction plans Proficient in taking accurate field measurements and evaluating residential job sites Strong understanding of elevations, grading, drainage, terrain, and how site conditions impact pool design and construction Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven Ability to manage multiple customers and projects in a fast-paced environment Comfortable evaluating residential construction sites Willingness to travel within South Carolina Preferred Qualifications Swimming pool industry experience Construction, landscape, hardscape, or outdoor living sales experience Residential construction or site-development knowledge Experience reading CAD drawings or construction plans Understanding of elevations, grading, drainage, and terrain Compensation & Benefits Expected annual earnings of $80,000-$150,000+(commission based) Opportunity to sell high-value custom projects Established company with 25+ years of experience Consistent pipeline of qualified leads Strong reputation throughout South Carolina Training and support from an experienced team Quality products and services backed by an established construction operation Opportunity to sell custom swimming pools, spas, pavilions, renovations, outdoor living projects, and more Opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing South Carolina company.
