Provide product knowledge and recommendations to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment. Stay informed about product features, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Skills Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Ability to actively listen and understand a customer needs and concerns is crucial for tailoring sales pitches. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with customers, building relationships, and presenting sales pitches Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. A proactive attitude towards learning about new products and services.
