To do that well, those systems need to learn from how expert practitioners actually operate, not from generic online content. Sales Reps.

What you will do:

Choose one recurring task from your own work that spans days to months (for example, running a target account from list build through a qualified, booked meeting handed to AE) Complete a structured online form documenting that task end to end, at a level of detail where someone who has never done the job could follow it Cover the specifics: exact thresholds, scoring criteria, escalation paths, message channels, tool access, failure modes This is expected to take approximately 10 hours of total time and can be completed in multiple sittings. If you do well, you may be extended to provide multiple such submissions. Requirements 3+ years as an SDR/BDR, or as an SDR manager, currently or recently practising Ownership of your own pipeline and outbound motion Experience selling into US markets Comfortable writing at length and being precise about numbers and rules Available for 9-13 hours of focused work over a 7-10 day window Process The entire process is intended to be quick and simple, taking less than an hour or two of your time, with quick results. You will need to go through an AI-driven interview (10-15 minutes) explaining your general background You will need to perform a small assessment that mimics the actual work (~30 minutes) Final review by in-house team
