We are Long Agriplex. A farm equipment retail and auction business. We're looking for a friendly, knowledgeable person to help our customers through the entire equipment buying and consignment process — from answering their first question to helping them drive away with the right tractor. This isn't a high-pressure sales role. It's about being helpful, honest, and easy to work with, while handling the details that make a purchase or consignment go smoothly. What You'll Do Help customers find the right new tractor or equipment for their needs, walking them through options and answering questions along the way Guide customers through financing , helping them understand their options and complete the paperwork Support the sale from start to finish — from that first conversation to final delivery Take in auction consignments , helping sellers get their equipment ready and listed for sale Assist with the auction process , including consignment take-in and invoice check-out on sale days Be the go-to person for everyday customer questions — whether it's about a purchase, a consignment, or general equipment info Build long-term relationships with customers who come back and refer others Help with pricing and evaluating equipment as it comes in What We're Looking For Someone who genuinely likes helping people, not just closing deals Comfortable handling paperwork and financing details Farm/equipment knowledge is a big plus, but a willingness to learn works too Organized, trustworthy, and good under a bit of variety in the day Comfortable both in the office and out on the lot If you like being the helpful, reliable person customers turn to — rather than the pushy salesperson — we'd love to talk with you.

Pay:

$49,088.12 - $59,116.88 per year
