Role Overview As a Sales Designer, you will be the primary point of contact for customers walking into our showroom, guiding them through the entire journey of designing and purchasing their custom cabin. This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll manage everything from initial engagement to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for every client. You'll be empowered to build strong relationships, understand unique needs, and translate visions into tangible structures. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Engage enthusiastically with walk-in customers, creating a welcoming and informative atmosphere. Conduct in-depth consultations to understand customer needs, preferences, and project requirements. Utilize your design acumen to help customers visualize and customize their ideal cabin, leveraging our product offerings. Present design options, features, and benefits clearly and compellingly. Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact and needs assessment through to finalizing the sale and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain a deep understanding of our cabin product lines, customization options, and pricing. Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices within our retail environment. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Compensation This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. Successful Sales Designers can expect to earn between $75,000 and $200,000 annually, reflecting the direct correlation between performance and reward. Qualifications Must be 18 or older. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must possess reliable transportation. Must have a valid driver's license. Must have a mobile device. Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle independently. A natural talent for building rapport and understanding customer needs. Strong presentation and communication skills.
