Job Description
Portable Building Sales Representative TriWood Buildings is hiring a motivated and dependable Sales Representative to help customers find the right portable building for their property and needs. We sell storage sheds, workshops, cabin shells, portable offices, livestock shelters, and other custom portable buildings. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, following up with leads, and earning based on sales performance. Responsibilities Assist customers in person, by phone, text, and online Respond promptly to new customer inquiries and sales leads Help customers select the right building size, style, colors, and options Explain pricing, delivery, financing, and rent-to-own options Prepare accurate quotes and customer orders Follow up consistently with interested customers Maintain organized customer notes and sales records Coordinate with the customer-service, production, and delivery teams Provide professional customer service throughout the entire sales process Work toward individual and company sales goals Qualifications Sales or customer-service experience is preferred Strong communication and follow-up skills Friendly, professional, dependable, and self-motivated Comfortable speaking with customers and asking for the sale Organized and able to manage multiple customers and leads Basic computer and data-entry skills Willingness to learn about portable buildings and construction options Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus Experience in sheds, construction, manufactured housing, automotive sales, furniture sales, or a similar industry is helpful but not required Compensation This is a commission-based 1099 independent-contractor position . There is no guaranteed salary or hourly wage. Earnings depend on individual sales performance.
