RV Depot is looking for a highly motivated RV Buyer / Acquisition Specialist to help us find and purchase quality RVs directly from private owners. This is not a traditional sales position . Instead of waiting for customers to walk through the door, you'll be actively hunting for RVs that we want to buy. You'll search online listings, make cold calls, send messages, build relationships with RV owners, negotiate purchases, and ultimately travel to inspect and acquire RVs for our dealership. If you are naturally competitive, energetic, persistent, and motivated by making a deal, this could be an excellent opportunity. The Opportunity RV Depot is a family-owned Texas dealership with more than 35 years of experience and a large inventory of new and used RVs. Our Cleburne operation has grown into a major RV destination with hundreds of units in inventory. We're looking for someone to help us grow that inventory by finding RVs for sale directly from owners and negotiating purchases that make sense for our business. What You'll Do Search Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, RV classifieds, social media, and other sources for RVs that fit our buying criteria Cold call RV owners and introduce yourself and RV Depot Send messages and communicate with sellers through social media and other platforms Build relationships with RV owners who may not be ready to sell immediately Follow up consistently with prospects over days, weeks, or longer Determine whether an RV is worth pursuing based on age, make, model, condition, location, and market value Negotiate purchase prices with private sellers Work toward purchasing RVs at prices that make sense for the dealership Travel to sellers' locations to inspect RVs in person Evaluate the overall condition of the RV and identify potential issues Take photos, gather information, and document the condition of units Coordinate paperwork, payment, title, pickup, and transportation details Work with the dealership team to complete acquisitions Arrange or coordinate transportation of purchased RVs back to the dealership Maintain organized records of prospects, follow-ups, negotiations, and purchases Continuously build a pipeline of potential RV acquisitions This Is a Hunting Job We're specifically looking for someone who enjoys the hunt . You may contact 50 people before finding one great opportunity. A seller may tell you they're not interested today, but could be ready to sell three weeks from now. Someone may reject your first offer, but agree to a deal after you've built a relationship and followed up. You have to be comfortable hearing "no" without losing momentum.
