How RVs are built What different RV brands and models are worth What mechanical and cosmetic issues to look for How to evaluate an RV How our acquisition process works How to structure and complete a purchase How to arrange transportation The paperwork and administrative side of the transaction But we cannot teach someone to be hungry. If you naturally pick up the phone, pursue opportunities, follow up when everyone else has given up, and get excited when you find a potential deal, you'll have the right mindset for this position. Compensation $36,000 annual base salary + approximately $1,000 commission per RV purchased. Your income is directly tied to your ability to find and acquire RVs.For example:
3RVs/month:
approximately $72,000 annualized compensation 5RVs/month:
approximately $96,000 annualized compensation 7RVs/month:
approximately $120,000 annualized compensation The more quality RVs you find and successfully acquire, the more you can earn. Travel & Driver's License This is not a desk-only position. Once you identify a promising acquisition, you'll travel to the seller's location to inspect the RV, negotiate the final details, and help coordinate the purchase and transportation of the unit. A valid driver's license is required. You must be comfortable traveling to different locations and occasionally spending time on the road pursuing acquisitions. Why RV Depot?
