We are full service Generac Generator Dealer. We are looking for an aggressive outside Sales Representative, having Generator experience a plus but not required. The ideal candidate is a SELF MOTIVATED, determined and focused individual with professional sales experience who embraces the challenges that come with responding to each customer's unique needs and desires. You would be responsible for going to do in-home consultations from leads that we have setup in the office, as well as getting leads of your own. This includes cold calling on all sorts of businesses, restaurants, warehouses, etc. You will be selling Generac generators that we sell, set and service to homes and to businesses in and around a 50 mile radius of our office in Plantersville. This position is

BASE SALARY, PLUS COMMISSION.

We will provide a company vehicle. We will provide a company cell phone, and iPad for sales presentations.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrate proficiency in basic math and spelling
• Possess a good understanding of sales and marketing tactics
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Outgoing personality and willingness to work with the public daily
• Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Must be drug free

Job Requirements:

• Sell standby power generators to homes and businesses.
• Visit customers in their homes, offices, restaurants, industrial parks, retail businesses
• Generate new leads through various sales technologies, and cold calling to obtain your own sales leads as well.
• Grow a healthy pipeline of leads.
• Create and build relationships with customers through proactive communication
• Ask consultative questions to gather detailed information on customer needs
• Communicate with management to convey customer's desires
• Build rapport with potential customers
• Introduce services provided
• Bring back all required information needed to quote potential jobs
• Maintain a consistent and organized follow up system
• Follow up on all leads
• Re-market areas every few months
• Maintain an organized; clean and professional appearance at all times
• Research industry trends and related publications to enhance market knowledge

Physical Demands:

• Must have ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.

Experience:

• Sales:

  1-2 years of outside sales preferred
• Generator sales history plus, but not required
• Work authorization is required.
• Required background check
• Required drug test for new hire as well as random
• Must pass all of the above, as well as have clean driving record.

Full-time, Commission Pay:

$26,000.00
