Join the Civitas Team as a New Manufactured Home Sales Consultant! We're hiring a New Manufactured Home Sales Consultant to help qualified buyers purchase affordable homes using company-provided leads and in-house financing. Civitas is looking for a dynamic New Manufactured Home Sales Consultant to join our team! In this role, you'll assist customers in navigating the home-buying process, providing expert guidance and a personalized service. You'll play a key role in helping clients find the perfect home, with the added benefit of our in-house lending services to streamline the financing process. What We Offer

PTO Responsibilities:

• Make calls to potential homebuyers, understand their needs, and present tailored home options
• With company support, ability to self-generate one's own direct homebuyer leads
• Guide clients through the home-buying process
• Collaborate with the in-house lending team to provide seamless financing solutions
• Be a self-starter who can take initiative and work independently while contributing to team success
• Utilize HubSpot to manage and track leads effectively

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven
• Ability to learn and follow an approved playbook and sales system that works
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Spanish speaking is a plus
