We are looking for energetic, motivated, and results-driven Manufactured Housing Sales Consultants to join growing communities in Waller and Anna, Texas! If you know the Manufactured Housing industry, speak both English and Spanish, and have a talent for turning leads into sales, we want to talk to you! What You'll Be Doing Guide prospective buyers through the manufactured home sales process, from initial inquiry to closing. Conduct home tours and showcase available homes and community amenities. Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain an active sales pipeline. Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and existing residents. Assist buyers with applications, financing documentation, and the homebuying process. Work closely with community management to achieve sales and occupancy goals. Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and follow-up activities. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire buying experience. Promote available homes and community features to prospective buyers. What We're Looking For

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Manufactured Housing experience is

REQUIRED.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is

REQUIRED.

Previous experience in home sales, leasing, or manufactured housing community operations. Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to manage leads and meet sales goals. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
