Sales Representative - Countertops & Construction Granite Connection is a family-owned countertop fabrication and installation company serving Southern Utah. We specialize in custom countertops, showers, fireplaces, wall cladding, and other high-end stone and surface applications. We are looking for a motivated, personable Sales Representative to join our team and build strong relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and homeowners. What You'll Do Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and customers Generate new business and identify opportunities with new and existing accounts Meet with customers and builders to understand project needs and recommend appropriate materials and solutions Prepare and present estimates and proposals Assist customers with material and countertop selections Follow up on leads, estimates, and active projects Maintain accurate project information and customer communication Help resolve customer questions or concerns and ensure a positive experience from start to finish Represent Granite Connection professionally in the showroom, on job sites, and with industry partners Attend builder meetings, showroom appointments, networking opportunities, and other sales activities as needed What We're Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confident, friendly, and professional personality Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and priorities Strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable talking with builders, contractors, homeowners, and industry professionals Ability to understand measurements, plans, selections, and project timelines Previous sales, construction, countertop, building, or related industry experience is preferred but not required A willingness to learn our products, processes, and industry Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to customer meetings and job sites The Ideal Candidate The right person is driven, organized, personable, and dependable . You don't have to know everything about countertops when you start—we can teach you the products and processes. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes ownership of their projects, follows through on commitments, and wants to build long-term relationships rather than simply make a sale.

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 per week
