Customer Service & Lead Generation Representative We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and outgoing Customer Service & Lead Generation Representative to join our team! In this role, you will serve as a frontline representative of our company by communicating with prospective and existing clients, generating new business opportunities, gathering qualified leads, and helping build strong customer relationships. This is a hands-on position for someone who is confident speaking with people, comfortable making outbound calls, organized, and enthusiastic about representing a growing company. You will contact local businesses on the company's behalf to introduce our services, identify potential opportunities, gather decision-maker and business information, and generate qualified leads for our sales team. Employees in this position may also be featured in company marketing materials, social-media content, promotional videos, and behind-the-scenes content . You should be comfortable being filmed occasionally as part of our efforts to showcase our team, company culture, services, and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to local businesses on behalf of the company to introduce our services and identify potential customers. Generate, qualify, and gather leads through phone calls, email, online research, and other outreach methods.
