Job Overview Sales Representative - Major League Builders Hampton Roads, VA and Outer Banks, NC About us Major League Builders is a family-owned exterior remodeling company serving Hampton Roads and the Outer Banks. We help homeowners protect and improve their homes with roofing, siding, windows, doors, trim, gutters, and decks, and we take pride in honest pricing and quality work. The role We're looking for a motivated sales representative to meet homeowners at their homes, understand what they need, and help them choose the right solution. You'll get pre-set leads, so there's no cold calling. You'll drive to appointments across our service area, inspect and measure, put together estimates, and close the sale. What you'll do Run in-home appointments with pre-set leads in Hampton Roads and the Outer Banks Inspect homes and take measurements for roofs, siding, windows, doors, trim, gutters, and decks Explain product options, pricing, and financing in a clear, no-pressure way Build accurate estimates and proposals, then close the deal Follow up with prospects and keep leads and jobs up to date in our CRM Work with our production team for a smooth handoff from sale to install Represent Major League Builders professionally in every home What we're looking for Experience in exterior remodeling, construction, or home improvement sales is a plus, but not required. We'll train the right person. A people person who builds trust easily and listens well Self-motivated and organized, comfortable running your own schedule Comfortable getting up on ladders and walking roofs, or willing to learn A valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record Comfortable with a tablet or smartphone, CRM software, and email Available for some evening and Saturday appointments What we offer Pay structure: commission Earning potential: 60,000 to 100,00+ Pre-set appointments, so no cold calling Hands-on product and sales training A family-owned team where your work is noticed How to apply Send your resume to service@gomajorleague.com
