Many of our customers have already researched mattresses online and come in ready to try the brands they're interested in. We're looking for a motivated salesperson who can build rapport, help customers find the right fit, and close the sale. You'll work directly with the owners in a small-team environment that values knowledgeable service, initiative, and results. We believe in helping customers make a confident purchase, not pressuring them into one. What You'll Do Guide customers through mattress, adjustable base, and accessory selections based on their comfort preferences, needs, and budget. Learn our products and clearly explain the differences between brands and models. Present pricing, promotions, and payment plans, answer questions, and confidently ask for the sale. Follow up with prospective customers and respond to phone and online inquiries. Process orders and payments accurately, maintain customer communication, and keep the showroom clean and organized. What We're Looking For A personable, confident communicator who listens well and builds trust. A motivated salesperson who enjoys closing sales and earning commission. A dependable team member with consistent attendance and strong follow-through. Someone who stays productive independently and is comfortable with computers and point-of-sale systems. Previous retail or commission-based sales experience is preferred. Experience selling furniture, mattresses, appliances, vehicles, or other considered purchases is especially relevant. Mattress experience is not required. Product training is provided. Schedule Approximately 40 hours per week . Saturday and Sunday availability is required.
