Job description:

We are seeking another staff member to float between 2 locations as needed. Keysville Va and Dillwyn VA. A Farmville home address might be ideal since these locations are each 30 minutes on either side of Farmville. However any applicant is welcome as long as they don't not mind a commute. This could be a part time or possibly a full time job. Our normal hours of business are 10-5 weekdays, 10-2 on Saturday, closed every Wednesday and Sunday.

WE WILL TRAIN YOU!

All Sales personnel (after an intense period of training) are in charge of the following; Will help our customers find the storage building of their needs and process sales/contracts. Oversee the day to day operations of the sales lot by answering phone calls and emails, interacting with customers, designing 3D building specs, completing sales contracts, updating our website information, and advertising on Facebook market and other advertising platforms. Training will be provided but a basic knowledge of customer service, computer skills and a willingness to learn is mandatory. Pay is based off "commissions" but we will always ensure that on a slow month your commissions are at least the equivalent of $15 per hour that you are at the store. This is NOT a job where you wait for people to walk in the door. This job required actively posting on Facebook Market and other sites to draw in sales. Sell as much as you want in the entire state of Virginia. If you're hungry to make sales, we are blessed to be able to pay you well for it!

Responsibilities:

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers Prospect and contact potential customers Resolve customer inquiries and complaints Set follow-up appointments Educate the customer on what they need Help the customer dream up possibilities Design building specs using our program Make sales and complete contracts Daily post social media content Be a servant to anyone who enters our doors Offer solutions and ideas for storage needs Update websites Place advertisements ​

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients A willingness to serve the customer A pleasant attitude Strong negotiation skills Ability to keep your voice calm and collected at all times Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Demonstrated ability to create and implement successful marketing strategies Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams High school diploma or equivalent A dependable vehicle Must arrive to work on time. Non negotiable. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration is a bonus but not required Experience with basic computer systems and social media platforms is a must Experience in the home renovation or outdoor living industry is preferred but can be taught Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals Self-motivated Reliable transportation to work
