Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Bilingual (Arabic, Urdu, Hindi )Outside Sales Representative specializing in wholesale meat and poultry products. Salary plus commission Duties Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and industry research to expand the customer base. Manage existing customer accounts by providing exceptional service, understanding their needs, and offering tailored product solutions. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients, highlighting the quality and advantages of our wholesale meat and poultry offerings. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales effectively while ensuring mutual satisfaction. Meet or exceed sales goals by developing strategic account plans, managing multiple client relationships, and closing deals efficiently. Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using sales management systems. Qualifications Bilingual ( Arabic, Urdu, Hindi) Previous sales experience, preferably in meat sales, food distribution, or the wholesale food industry. An established customer base or existing relationships with restaurant owners and purchasing managers is a strong advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans for growth. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to warm calling, lead generation, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
