Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current customers. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives. Follow up with leads through phone, email, text, and in-person communication. Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and protection products. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction standards. Maintain knowledge of Ford products, promotions, and industry trends. Ensure a professional and positive dealership experience for every customer. Utilize CRM tools to document customer interactions and sales activities. Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused attitude with a desire to help others. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional appearance and demeanor. Basic computer skills.
