Job Description
If you are a DRIVEN salesperson with a passion for motorcycles and you enjoy working with customers, then we want you to be part of our team! The Fit Specialist is knowledgeable or has a willingness to learn about our motorcycles, the industry, and our market. This will include motorcycle selection, performance, accessories, safety features and functions, and financing options for both new and used inventories. You will present new and pre-owned motorcycles to customers in an attractive and highly informative fashion that promotes a smooth sale and maintains a strong, ongoing relationship with customers that encourages networking and repeat business. The ideal candidate may have previous sales experience in any industry, as well as excellent customer service skills, a confident and outgoing personality and great communication skills (both phone and in person). Helps customer with motorcycle selection and reviews model options, features and benefits to build value in products and services. Conducts motorcycle test rides. Helps facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of motorcycle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirements. Maintains accurate sales documentation. Negotiates sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions. Use CRM to connect and follow up with potential and previous customers as well as log all sales activity. Attends all staff meetings, complete trainings, and educational classes as required. Keep and maintain Motorcycle endorsement or have ability/willingness to obtain one . Performs other duties as assigned.
