ARS/Rescue Rooter is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to drive new residential and light commercial opportunities in our construction-related HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. In this on-site role, you will prospect, qualify, and nurture leads via outbound calls, emails, and campaign follow-up, booking quality appointments for our sales and field teams. You'll maintain accurate records in our CRM, track conversion metrics, and collaborate closely with operations to optimize scheduling. Responsibilities Prospect and qualify residential and light commercial customers for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services Execute outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate appointments for sales consultants Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead, contact, and activity details Collaborate with dispatch, sales, and field teams to optimize lead routing and scheduling Track KPIs such as contact rates, conversion rates, and booked appointments Research local markets and campaigns to target high-potential customer segments Follow defined scripts and messaging while tailoring conversations to customer needs Support marketing campaigns by responding to inbound inquiries and web leads Adhere to safety-first and customer-focused standards in all interactions Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to management Required Skills Lead generation Outbound calling CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) Appointment setting Sales pipeline management Basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical service knowledge Data entry and reporting Email and phone communication Market research Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
