At Cricket, your job is to represent the company and assist customers with a variety of topics.

Duties:

Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs Service existing accounts and establish new ones Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions Be knowledgeable about our products, including Apple and Android devices Meet monthly sales goals Promote company deals Maintain the store Comply with all company policies and procedures About us: Hourly and commission based pay

• we pay $13
• 15 per hour PLUS commission Commission is uncapped Most full time representatives make $300
• 800 in commission per month Employee discounts Opportunity for advancement Closed on major holidays Flexible scheduling About you: Some experience in either customer service or sales (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent (required) Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but only English is required Driven to meet sales goals Professional, highly motivated, and independent Friendly and outgoing; able to build rapport with customers
