At Cricket, your job is to represent the company and assist customers with a variety of topics.

Duties:

Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs Service existing accounts and establish new ones Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions Be knowledgeable about our products, including Apple and Android devices Meet monthly sales goals Promote company deals Maintain the store Comply with all company policies and procedures About us: Hourly and commission based pay

• 15 per hour PLUS commission Commission is uncapped Most full time representatives make $300
