The exclusive dealer of Caterpillar equipment in the Northeast, Milton CAT is one of the largest Caterpillar dealerships in the world and the "big kid's sandbox" for the most recognizable construction equipment on the planet. Milton CAT is looking to invest in and develop the right candidate to drive business (sales and rentals) of compact to large products (Excavators, Skid Steers, Wheel Loaders, Bull Dozers, etc.) in Rockingham county. This field position involves being on the road every day, setting up meetings, prospecting job sites, executing "business conversations" on critical issues and closing business with valued customers and prospects.

$48,000 base plus commission Responsibilities What you bring Strong entrepreneurial drive and work ethic

Passion for/Knowledge of heavy equipment (Skid Steers, Excavators, Loaders, Bull Dozers) a plus

Experience with general contractor's, excavators and landscapers a plus

Solid leadership qualities (examples of initiative)

2 to 10+ years of sales experience

techniques that drive "business conversations" (Discovery/PAIN)

Eager to embrace technology (cell phones, i-Pads, CRM, etc.)

Hungry to learn and an ability to apply new knowledge Qualifications What You'll Do As a Territory Sales Representative - Heavy Equipment, you'll drive business growth across your assigned region: Develop and manage your heavy equipment sales territory

Prospect new customers while expanding existing accounts

Conduct job site visits and equipment demonstrations

Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions

Manage your pipeline, forecasts, and customer data in CRM systems

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a strong customer experience

Educate customers on purchasing, financing, and rental options

Travel regularly throughout your assigned territory What You Get Compensation & Incentives

Base salary: $48,000
