You will be conducting and performing the daily site operations at a brand new, state-of-the-art car wash. Duties:

Customer Service

• Not only are you the first person the customers meets when they drive through, but you are also the person who guides them
• advising, selling, and even setting them up with new monthly memberships Effectively communicate the value of our service to customers, answer questions, and provide direction for customers who are unfamiliar with our process Store operations
• operate car wash equipment and systems Maintain a clean and safe environment for yourself and other employees Operate car wash equipment and systems

Basic Qualifications:

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality Work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and effective communication Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Perform many different tasks on the store premises Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture and values of Wet Rabbit Calculate sales and change quickly

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must be 18 years or older. Ability to learn quickly Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed Provide feedback to the management team on the day to day operations Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships Ability to stand for long periods of time Must be able to lift 40 lbs
