Key Responsibilities -

AT&T Sales Representative:

Engage with new and existing customers to introduce fiber, internet, and plans Provide personalized service and help customers choose the best service options for their needs Assist with account activations, upgrades, plan transitions, and customer enrollment Educate customers on pricing, coverage, promotions, and bundle offers Upsell additional products and services to increase customer satisfaction and long-term value Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in your CRM tablet Participate in daily training and team huddles to improve sales strategy and customer engagement Collaborate with your sales team to meet weekly sales goals and performance targets Who We're Looking For -

AT&T Sales Representative Traits:

Strong communication skills and a passion for customer success Goal-oriented, competitive, and motivated by commissions and sales growth Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not required Coachability and eagerness to learn sales processes and customer handling strategies Availability to work full-time with a Monday-Saturday schedule Must be able to work face-to-face with customers in both residential and retail settings
