We're looking for a motivated Used Car Sales Consultant to join our Sumner team and help customers find the right vehicle for their needs. Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $40,000-$160,000 annually (commission; total compensation depends on sales performance) Paid sick leave accrued at 1 hour for every 40 hours worked Paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement savings plan eligible after 90 days What You'll Do Greet and guide customers through the vehicle selection process, from initial inquiry to delivery Conduct test drives and walk customers through vehicle features and options Build and maintain a customer pipeline through follow-up and referrals Negotiate pricing and financing options in coordination with the finance team Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on new and used inventory Meet or exceed monthly sales goals What We're Looking For Prior sales experience preferred (automotive sales a plus, but not required) Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable with a commission-based pay structure and performance goals Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record (required for test drives and vehicle moves) Ability to work a retail schedule, including weekends Requirements Positions involving the operation of company or customer vehicles require a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record Pre-employment drug screening is required.
