Your Roadmap of Responsibilities:

Sales Goals:

Deliver a variety of RVs and motorhomes each month while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Documentation:

Prepare and process all sales paperwork in line with campground policies.

Customer Engagement:

Welcome customers, help them find their perfect RV, and explain product features and benefits.

Customer Loyalty:

Build relationships with satisfied customers to encourage repeat business and attract new clients through referrals.

Your Performance Specs:

Industry Knowledge:

Stay informed about the latest gear and services in the RV industry to enhance your expertise.

Test Drive Scouting:

Conduct engaging test drive experiences for prospects while adhering to all protocols for a seamless adventure.

Training Sessions:

Participate in product and sales training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

Requirements Qualifications Previous experience in automotive or RV sales is preferred Candidates with experience in commissioned sales, retail sales, hospitality, customer service, wireless sales, furniture sales, banking, or outside sales are encouraged to apply Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record High school diploma or equivalent No automotive or RV experience?
