The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads through effective communication. This role requires a strong ability to engage with clients over the phone, build relationships, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities. Duties Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using warm calling techniques. Present and promote our products and services effectively to potential clients. Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and update customer information. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development and lead generation. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes. Follow up with leads in a timely manner to nurture relationships and close sales. Experience Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred. Strong background in sales, customer service, or business development is advantageous. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to engage effectively with clients and articulate product benefits clearly. A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in technical sales or related fields is a nice-to-have.
